The Econo Lodge Hershey is a nice place to stay. For the most part, the rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. If you do your research, the price you pay for this hotel can be a good value. As with any outing, check prices on the Internet, with any organizations you are a part of, and call the hotel itself. The hotel is located close to area attractions including Hershey Park, Hershey's Chocolate World, and Hershey Museum. There are even two 18-hole golf courses located at the Hershey Golf Club. For the level this lodge is rated, the staff is pleasant and professional most of the time. The hotel is good for kids. There are no special amenities for children. Basically, with a little research, parents can find a price that allows them to save money. This money is better used for games, rides, chocolate, and things kids really care about. The hotel provides an in-room refrigerator, TV with cable, allows pets (call first), and continental breakfast. If you do not like children, you'll probably want to find another place to stay. The price brings in families, the chocolate makes the children hyper, and the walls in the lodge can be thin.
