Disappointing

The rooms were prone to traffic noise. The location was fine for the Vatican but miles from the Spanish Steps. Breakfast after nine was hit and miss, depending on what was left.

I did not get what I felt I booked online!

Reading the hotel discription prior to booking lead me to believe all the rooms had been renovated! Not true!!! I looked in several other rooms and did not see any signs of renovation. The reception area and breakfast room were very clean and had been renovated. Work was being done in the hallway. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was good. The room was small and dark! The bathroom was also very small and in need of renovation along with the room. The bedspreads were LONG overdue for a cleaning. The bed and pillows were hard for my liking.
