Worst hotel stay

First, we were sent to another hotel that was supposed to be the same as the one reserved but it had not been renovated in who knows how long - then the first room was not what we had reserved and had to switch to another room which looked even worse and had to go through 3 remote controls to get the TV to work and the microwave did not work at all. There were trains going through just across the street all night long and people outside their rooms talking all night (did not get any sleep at all). The breakfast was a couple pieces of bread and packages of jelly and not hot as advertised. Could not get a hold of office when needed. Just a very unpleasant night.
